Tim opened tonight's show by leading the audience
in the "Pledge to the Flag" and reminding everyone
about the upcoming
Song of the Mountains concert featuring the legendary
Larry Sparks & The Lonesome Ramblers and Jeff Brown &
Friends. This show will most likely be a sellout so
you'll need to purchase your tickets early!
Tonight's musical entertainment was provided by a
wonderful group of singers and musicians known collectively
as
Smyth County Jam. Throughout the course of the
evening, the following performers took the stage to pick and
sing dozens of great Bluegrass tunes:

"Gotta Do My Time", "Fallen Leaves", "Wild
Bill Jones"... the audience was treated to one great
song after another for an entire two hours! Here are a few
photos of the action:
The grand finale featured all of the performers on stage
at the same time singing the wonderful A.P. Carter
gospel classic "Will The Circle be Unbroken" - a
perfect end to a great evening of fun and entertainment! We
invite you to join us again next week when the dynamic
ETSU Bluegrass Band and Robby Spencer take the
stage.
Note: The Pickin' Porch Show would like to extend a
special "thank you" to Suzy Gobble for providing the
highlight photos for the last two shows!
