| For the second week in a row, guest host Frank
Carmack asked Huey to lead the audience in the
"Pledge to the Flag", and just as before Huey graciously
complied. Frank then took a couple of minutes to remind
everyone about the upcoming shows at
The Carter Fold and
Song of the Mountains. |

| The Ball Sisters Band kicked off the evening's
musical entertainment with plenty of their excellent pickin'
and singin' on such favorites as "Back Up And Push"
and "Ragtime Annie" as well as a number of beautiful
original songs written by their dad Randy. Before
their set was over they even took a stab at the wonderful
old Hank Williams classic "Your Cheatin' Heart"...and
they nailed it! |

| Kenny Wood and Friends finished up tonight's show
by performing a long set of beautiful inspirational songs,
many of which were written by Kenny himself. A gifted
singer, songwriter and guitarist, Kenny gave his all tonight
and put on an excellent show! |

Everyone who braved the thunderstorms and came out to
the Bristol Mall for this evening's Pickin' Porch
Show had a great time, and if you come on out and join
us next week you will too because the outstanding Bluegrass
band Appalachian Trail will be taking the stage! We
invite you to come on out next Thursday evening at 7pm and
join in the fun!
