Pickin' Porch July 9, 2009

Tim White was back this week and led everyone in the " Pledge to the flag".

Gospel Mountain Air took the Pickin' Porch Stage first this evening. Band members include Bill Greer from Damascus, Virginia singing lead and playing guitar, Rebecca Jean McCall of North Carolina on vocals, Anne Pennington from Damascus, Virginia on vocals, David Warden of Laurel Bloomery, Tennessee singing vocals and playing guitar and Tom Crawford of Saltville, Virginia on bass.

Dry Fork entertained the crowd during the second half of the show. Members are Jesse Finley from Whitetop, Virginia playing guitar, Moses Wallin of Dry Fork, Virginia on mandolin, Early Dale Collins from Saltville, Virginia playing guitar, William Dan Roark from Saltville, Virginia on dobro, Bob Severt from Konnarock, Virginia on bass and James D. Greer of Whitetop, Virginia playing banjo.
