Tim White started the show in regular fashion by leading us all in the pledge to the flag.

Golden Strings were our first group up. Band members include Nina Ketron of Kingsport, Tennessee on bass, Bill Meade from Kingsport, Tennessee playing mandolin, Jim Lane of Kingsport, Tennessee on guitar and Willie Cradic of Mount Carmel, Tennessee playing guitar.

Lonesome Will Mullins dropped by to play a couple of tunes. Don't forget he'll be over at the Carter Family Fold www.carterfamilyfold.org for their festival on Friday July 31.

Raymond Campbell and a bunch of his friends entertained for the second portion of tonight's program. Band members were Raymond Campbell from Rich Valley, Virginia on guitar and vocals, Gary Phillips of Saltville, Virginia on bass, Mike Crawford from Saltville, Virginia playing banjo, Curtis Crawford also of Saltville, Virginia playing mandolin, Travis Houck from Chilhowie, Virginia, on dobro and vocals, Courtney Wright of Rich Valley, Virginia on banjo and vocals, Nikki Wright of Rich Valley, Virginia on fiddle and vocals, Daniel Wright also of Rich Valley, Virginia on guitar and vocals, Sherry Jones from Konnarock, Virginia on mandolin and vocals and Melinda Davis singing harmony vocals from Raven, Virginia.
