Pickin' Porch March 4, 2010

Tim White reminded the crowd of upcoming events at the Carter Fold www.carterfamilyfold.org and the Song of the Mountains www.songofthemountains.org.

Tim White, Teddy Helton and Murphy White (The Pickin Porch Band) warmed up the crowd.

Strong Ties from Afton, Tennessee treated the audience to some great gospel tunes. Members were Kameron Keller on bass, Eric Fillers playing mandolin, Chris Hensley on banjo, John Morgan on guitar and Tom Bullen playing fiddle.

The Gloryland Trio of Bulls Gap, Tennessee also treated the audience to lots of great gospel. Members were Jamie Gulley, Bill Ward and Tim Fletcher playing guitar, Steve Cassell playing bass, Terry Barnes on fiddle and Robin Horner playing mandolin.

Both bands took the stage and sang a wonderful rendition of the Carter Family anthem "Will the Circle be Unbroken".
