Tim White informed the crowd of the passing of Tom Luker. A Celebration of Tom's life is scheduled at the Mountain Music Museum on Sunday, April 18, 2010 at 3:00. Everyone is welcome.

Tom Luker was a war veteran, musician, and a great friend to all of us at the Pickin' Porch. He will be missed by everyone whose life he touched. We dedicate tonight's show to him.

Bill & Maggie Anderson www.vintageacoustic.cc from Woodlawn, Virginia entertained the crowd.

The Sullivan East High School Bluegrass Band treated the audience to some great tunes. Be sure and go see these kids Monday, May 10, 2010 at 7:00pm at Morrell Music located on West State Street, Bristol Tennessee. Tickets to benefit these young musicians are only $1.00 and can be purchased at Morrell's in Bristol or Sullivan East High School in Bluff City, Tennessee. A door-prize of a Martin guitar will be given to a winning ticket holder the night of the concert.
