Pickin' Porch May 13, 2010

Tim White reminded the crowd of the upcoming shows at the Carter Family Fold www.carterfamilyfold.org and Song of the Mountains www.songofthemountains.org. Check out their websites for more information.

The Pickin' Porch Band, Tim White, Teddy Helton and Murphy White played a few numbers and were joined by a couple of members of Pleasant Hill Bluegrass Tom and Beverly Horton.

The Moore Brothers Band www.moorebrothersband.com from Hildebran, North Carolina picked lots of fantastic tunes for the crowd. Members include Jeff Moore on guitar, Richard Penland on guitar, Isaac Moore (age 7) playing mandolin, Jacob Moore (age 12) playing mandolin and fiddle and Mark Davis on bass. James "Rabbitt" Dunford, Dave Matthews, Tim White and "Dennis" treated the audience to a couple of songs.

Fall Creek Band finished up tonight's show with lots of great bluegrass. Members are Megan McKamey on banjo, Ron Vaughn and Tom Horton on guitar, Tim Laughlin on mandolin, Beverly Horton playing bass and Savannah Vaughn playing fiddle.
