Pickin' Porch Aug 25, 2014

Fiddlin Carson Peters was a HIT to say the least. He is only 10 years old and has already performed on the Jay Leno “Tonight Show”, the Grand Ole Opry with Ricky Skaggs, the Song of the Mountains Concert Series on PBS, the Carter Family Fold in Hiltons, VA and many other venues.

The ACMA appreciates Carson and his band for supporting our nonprofit organization.

Backstage before the Pickin Porch Carson Peters & Tim White enjoy a conversation.

East Bound Bluegrass was a crowd pleaser with their fine bluegrass music. These young folks enjoyed the concert and it showed. The Pickin Porch audience was enthusiastic throughout their performance.

10 year old Fiddlin’ Carson Peters had his fans in the audience.
Here is Jim  Fuller’s granddaughters keeping an eye on Carson.

The Fiddlin’ Carson Peters Band appeared on the ACMA Pickin Porch on Monday, August 25, 2014. This was the largest Pickin’ Porch audience we have had at the Foundation Event Facility since we moved there from the Bristol Mall in  January 2013. We estimate the crowd to be between 400 and 450 people.

More of our fabulous crowd.

And more of our audience.

Join us next Monday, September 1st on the Porch, special guest is the C Note Boys.
